Q: What are the shipping costs?

Standard ground (or USPS Priority) shipping is always FREE for purchases of any polo shirt over $49.00! For rushed delivery, simply add the item(s) that you would like to purchase to the cart and after you enter in the desired billing and shipping address, you will be presented with other shipping options. These other shipping options will show the exact shipping cost for FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery (when overnight shipping is available).


Q: When will my order be shipped?
If an order is placed before 4pm MST, it will ship the same day! Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Please allow an additional day for Cutter & Buck, Nike, and Adidas.

Q: What are the shipping policies and restrictions?
FreshPolos.com offers free shipping only to the following destinations: United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please read below for international ordering instructions and international shippings costs.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! As of now, we are giving a 10% discount off the original price on specific brands: Nike Golf, Cutter & Buck, Ashworth, Adidas Golf, Travis Mathew and Callaway. To get the discount, you must first email us the shirt name, colors, sizes and quantities to cs@freshpolos.com prior to purchase.

Q: Do you only carry men’s polo shirts?
Yes, For now we are only carrying men’s polo shirts, but very shortly we will be offering women’s and kid's polo shirts as well.

Q: How do I wash my polo shirts?
Turn your polo shirts inside out and wash in cold water on the gentle setting with detergent and fabric softener. HANG DRY! Do not put them in the dryer, because they will shrink and fade quickly.

Q: Is FreshPolos.com an authorized retailer for the brands they carry?
Absolutely! FreshPolos.com receives its entire inventory directly from the manufacturers. We guarantee our product’s authenticity 100%.

Q: Does FreshPolos.com have a satisfaction guarantee?
All of our products shipped to the United States came with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return them for a full refund. We just ask that the products are in the condition you received them and with their tags still in place.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, at FreshPolos.com, our secure server software encrypts information ensuring that internet transactions stay private and protected 100% of the time. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
No, unless you reside in the state of Colorado.

Q: How come?
Federal law requires that we apply tax on orders delivered only to states in which FreshPolos.com is physically located. Our facilities are located in Colorado, therefore orders delivered within the state of Colorado are taxed according to their destination local rate.

We ship to CANADA with a $25 USD shipping fee for the first item and $5 for each additional item.


We ship to the following locales with a $35 USD shipping fee for the first item and $6 for each additional item.
(Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
*All other countries: $40 USD shipping fee for the first item, $10 for each additional item.


Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.

International Ordering Instructions:
Send an email to cs@freshpolos.com that includes your name, address, telephone number, item number(s), size, and color. We will then send you an invoice through PayPal. (Only a credit card is required, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account.)

  • All sales are final.
  • Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery.
  • If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsbile for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
